A lookup is generally required when duplicating a stone for an additional family member or adding an inscription to an existing stone. Repair and restoration work also usually requires a lookup and assessment at the cemetery. Often, a physical lookup is necessary to determine the specs and requirements for a particular portion of the cemetery.
